Get to know me

My path to becoming a certified hypnotherapist wasn't linear. Rather, it’s been a journey full of ups and downs.

On my journey, I have lived in seven different countries across Europe, Asia, and America, worked several jobs, found new passions, and met amazing people along the way. For the past eight years, I’ve been living in Switzerland, and love it. Here, I have found peace and purpose and would love to assist you in finding yours.

For the past few years, I have been working as a Life Coach with a specialization in Personal Development and Mindset Coaching. This journey is also what led me to stumble upon the power of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

My path to living my purpose – serving others and assisting them to maximize their potential – doesn't just stop at being a therapist and a life coach. In my spare time, I also coach American Football where I work with the Swiss U19 National Team, and I'm a firefighter in my local town of Thalwil, ZH.

As you can see, I take great joy in serving my community, while not only working for others but also with others, in a team environment.

My journey as a therapist began as a coach.

Sports have always played a big part in my life. Growing up, I was an athlete who was lucky to be able to play my sport, American Football, at a high level, always competing for national and international championships. This drive for excellence at a young age made me a results-oriented professional coach and therapist, today.

After my active career as an athlete, I moved into coaching American Football, which I have now done for the last eight years. I started coaching sports, not only for the love of the sport itself but because I was passionate about helping others maximize their potential.

That passion eventually led me to become a certified life coach and start my coaching business. I wanted to help people maximize their potential in life.

Taking part in a seminar for coaching, I stumbled upon hypnosis for the first time and was skeptical at first. I was skeptical but open-minded. My first experience with hypnosis then ended up being so powerful and intriguing that I couldn't help but learn more.

The more I learned, the more clear it became that I had stumbled across a tool that allows me to practice and fulfill my purpose – helping others maximize their potential.

While I am working on the conscious level in my coaching practice, I am now able to also work on the subconscious level through hypnosis. That combination allows me to build a solid, healthy foundation and heal past traumas through hypnotherapy, in order to then build towards achieving future goals through coaching.

My coaching practice and my practice as a hypnotherapist go hand in hand. I usually apply hypnotherapy in order to build a solid foundation and coaching in order to achieve future success.

In that role, I also serve as the Mental Coach for the Swiss National Flag Football Team, supporting them during the 2024 World Championship and qualifications for the Olympics 2028.
